Fan speed error during boot

Question

hi, i am installing a new PowerEdge R310 and everytime during the boot i am receiving the following error: 'Fan speed may change depending on systemconfiguration and option card installation, Strike F1 to continu or F2 to enter setup'. i have looked thru different bios settings, but i can't find the solution for it. can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance!

Have you added anything to the server? Like any additional hardware?

No there's nothing added to the server, the only thing ive connected is powervault tl2000

I've seen fans come unseated during shipping, try reseating them?  Does OMSA show all the fans correctly?
