Fatal firmware error?

Has anyone see this error before?

"Alert message ID: 2336, Controller error. Controller event log: Fatal firmware error: Line 156 in ../../raid/1078int.c , system, Controller 0 (PERC 6/i Integrated)"

All firmware/drivers on the controller are up to date and the server is reported healthy.

Thanks,

KBeau

Thanks for the reply.  The system did not experience any kind of power outage or interruption.

Storport Driver Version is 5.2.3790.4173.  That is the current driver right?

BIOS is at versrion 1.6.3

BMC is at 1.10

Also, the Windows 2003 link gave me the x64 version of the hotfix?  Will this work on my x86 system?

No kidding?  I ran the Server Update Utility and it indicated it was up to date!

Okay, I will run the update just as soon as I can and will try to remember to post my results.

Thank you very much!

Was unable to update the BMC, error stated it was not a valid update???  This is not the first problem I've had with this particular server so I went ahead and opened a call with Dell.  I have to re-flash the controller firmware and update the firmware on the hard drives.  Won't be able to get to this until next week.  Again, I will try to remember to post my results.
