Back up your files immediately to prevent information loss, and then contact the computer manufacturer to determine if you need to repair or replace the disk.

after Dell Diagnostics :
error code 2000-0151
hard drive 1 - incorrect status : 3E no additional sense information

Hi sherief2003,
This indicates a hard drive failure. We need to replace the hard drive.
Kindly back up data.

Click on the above link and select the options accordingly. They would help you in backing up data.
You can also contact any local technician to back up data.
If the computer has active warranty I shall go ahead and arrange for a service.
