Hardware details using Service Tag

Would you be more specific of the details you are trying to find?

I noticed that the two servers don't appear under the Dell support site, and only the R200 is showing in my records, so to start would you confirm the svc tags you provided are accurate. Also, would you confirm if you are the original buyers of the server, and if not if you got from a reseller or another site?

Lastly, if you weren't the original party that purchased the server then you may consider doing a Change of Ownership on the server and then you may want to reach out to Customer Care for assistance.
