How can set temperature failure threshold value

Hi,

In OMSA documents, I find "you cannot set failure threshold values. The system manufacturer sets the minimum and maximum failure threshold values. " But I really need set all temperature failure thresold higher than 55℃(131℉) in some test condition with liquid cooling. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
