HOW OPEN CD/DVD TRAY?
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE DISK DRIVE WHICH IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LAPTOP?

I don't know your specific laptop, but I have an Inspiron 15R N5110, and all I have to do is push it in a little on the tiny button in the middle of the tray door, and it springs right open. Then I just push it in until it clicks to close.
Try that, I hope it helps you. That button on mine has a light on it, by the way, and it can blink green and red. I have no idea why. But that's all you do, press in a little on the middle of the tray door. You'll feel it spring out on you.
