iDRAC9: Clear memory error

I have an ECC-correctable memory error reported on a C6420. Normally, if it's the first time on a DIMM I just make a note and then clear it to see if it comes back. For previous iDRACs that involved clearing the SEL. I've done that on the iDRAC9 in this box, but the error is still reported on the dashboard and against the relevant DIMM on the System->Memory page on the iDRAC.

Is there a way to clear those error flags?

Thanks,

Jon

Hello

Clearing the hardware log will clear inactive errors from the LCD. Active errors will be will remain. There is a memory log that is maintained by the system, there are no options I'm aware of to clear it. Clearing NVRAM via jumper may clear it. Also, if the system detects a different module in the slot it should clear the log for that slot.

Thanks
