Install ubuntu server 2020 on poweredge R310

Hi,

I have a poweredge r310 server that today has a windows server 2008 r2 operating system and I need to change it to a ubuntu server 20.04.

Does this server support the mentioned operating system?

Ubuntu is not a supported operating system for R310. Not supported does not mean it will not work. As it is not supported it is not validated hence we can not guarantee that it will work. You can refer below link for various operating system supported on PowerEdge servers.
