Have you installed OMCC on the client machine you installed omci on? You should also make sure you are using the most current versions of each. OMCI - 2.1 OMCC - 7.3 ITA - 4.5. If you make sure you have these, you will avoid a lot of head aches along the way.
You do not need SNMP on the client machines. SNMP is only used for the servers you wish to monitor. Install ITA and OMCC on one machine and OMCI on the other. The OMCI machine is the "client" and the ITA/OMCC machine is the "Management Station"
There are some configuration options that you must do to the ITA/OMCC machine to make everything work.
