IT Assistan work through Internet?

Hello!   I was wondering if there anyway to get IT Assistant access servers through the Internet?  I can get into OMSA remotely without any problems, but IT Assistant only see the DSL modem or router.   I was told by one person that they didn't think it was possible, but they didn't seem to know for sure.   Thanks! Clint

Any idea how to get it to work then?  Does it work for you?

I've never tried it but there aren't any reasons why it wouldn't work.  If it isn't working, then it probably has something to do with routing not being setup properly.  Or perhaps the machines that you are trying to discover are on a VPN and when ITA is trying to discover them, it is using the wrong NIC to try to access them from?

I know it's not a routing issue cause as I said above, I am able get into OMSA remotely using https://IPAdress:1311 .  With the VPN, I'll have to check on that when I get a chance.  Thanks
