Any one know where I can download the Software Update CD for IT Assistant 7.0

Try: http://ftp.us.dell.com/sysman/ and download the either OMI-MgmtStat-Dell-Web-LX-430.tar.gz or OMI-MgmtStat-Dell-Web-WIN-430.exe   depending on the OS you are running.   Cheers,   Mark

I should have worded my question differently; what I am looking for is the Software Update Repository CD, which has all the hardware updates, to import into the Software Update feature of IT Assistant 7.0
