IT Assistant & java errors

Question

I am using IT Assistant (v6.5.3.14) to monitor a network of Optiplex workstations and PowerEdge servers.   When I go to the system configuration option I get the error 'java.util.NoSuchElementException'   The IT Assistant services are installed on a PowerEdge running W2K server and I am attaching to it using IT Assistant running on Optiplex using XP Pro SP2.   Anyone have any ideas ?   Thanks

Can you go to add/remove programs on the system and see which versions of Java are installed? I have a feeling that it will be a conflict of Java versions.

Thanks for the reply. Looking at my system I have 'Microsoft Visual J# .NET Redistributable Package 1.1' installed I cannot see anything else.

Hmm, I'm clueless on this one and can't reproduce it.  Is it possible for you to reinstall ITA on that XP box?
