Thanks, wasn't clear in my original post. The reports are providing no data for the fields such as cost of ownership. All the fields that are not user defined (ie device and hardware data) report just fine. The most valuable part of ITA for me is the user defined data fields such as extended warranty info. I have modified the warranty info and other fields through SA, then performed an inventory and status poll.
You have to create a report in IT Assistant to be able to view that information. You'll probably be able to figure it out on your own, but let me know if you aren't able to. Choose the "Cost of Ownership" attribute section in Step 3 of 5 in the Report Wizard.
In trying to track down the problem, I installed a new ITA server using the most current available - 7.2.0. There are different versions of SA on my managed servers but the test group has 4.5.0. I have them configured for CIM only - I'm not using SNMP. Maybe this is the issue, do you use SNMP?
