IT Assistant not working properly

I have an IT Assistant server that is not working properly.

Sometimes alot of servers disapear. If I do a range scan they sometimes reappear but not always.

And not al notifications are send. like a disk that is broken.

A reinstall of a new version of the it assistant didn't help.

on the servers that need to be monitored is the adminstrator assistant installed. they are al working properly.

can some one help me with this problem?

The it assistant runs on

Windows 2003 R2  Sp2 (32 bits)

Thanks for posting!  It sounds like your SNMP traffic is not getting through regularly.  First, go to Discovery and Monitoring and set the slider for discovery to Slow.  If ITA is installed on a system that hosts another application with heavy network traffic, this can be the cause.  Moving ITA to a dedicated system or one that does not have much network traffic will help.  Also make sure that all the servers you are trying to discover are on the same LAN/subnet.
