IT Asst Web Interface

Question

Hi.  I am running IT Assistant 6.5 Build 65061 on 2003 server standard. It works great from the console of that computer, but the web interface it not working...  When I browse to http://servername/itassistant, I get the following error... 'Incompatible middle tier version 6.5 (BLD_65061) on SERVERNAME port 2607' Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Murr

ITA 6.4 and 6.5.x are not accessible by Web Browser due to the MicroSoft/Java issue. With a settlement achieved we can always hope for the return of web access.

What is the reason for the 'Incompatible middle tier' error?  It looks like you embedded an image with your explanation, but I don't see it. I am getting this error also, and have been wondering how to fix it.

I get this message too even though I am using the IT Assistant management station and not the web interface.   Does this mean that IT Assistant cannot be managed remotely?
