KMM And KVM Setup

Question

Hi There,

I Had Dell Avocent DKMMLED185-G01 Connect To Dell KVM 1082Ds.

I have Two Problems :

1) When I Connect My Servers To The KVM There Is No Session Or Active Device appear On.

2)The Keyboard And Touchpad Are Not Responding When I press Or Click.

Please Can You Help Me ??

Hello,

there are not so much thing to do for this issue. Did you try to disconnect power and connect again?

Is the KVM is under warranty? If so we can replace with a new one.

Please let us know.
