Lifecycle Controller and automated network based OS installs?
Is there a way to automate and script the installation of an OS using the Lifecycle Controller but not use virtual media and not use a DVD? Similar to how PXE works.

There are a few whitepapers on automating OS deployment using Lifecycle Controller API. You can find them listed here:

Sample scripts are also provided in these whitepapers. These use OS images located on a network share or on a vFlash device.
The best practices guide also details how to write your own scripts using Recite tool.
