Manager Agents for ITA

A couple questions (forgive my ignorance but Ijust got off Short Term Disability and I'm not familiar with ITA

 

What exactly do I need to download and install on a server which I which to manage from an ITA Manager Server? I keep seeing that I need toinstall the agents but I don't any downloads that mention agents.

 

Will these agents work on Windows Server 2003 SP1 servers that are up the date in all sercurity patches?

 

The poweredge servers that I want to manage are Windows Server 2003 and have version 3.5 of the "agents". We had a consultant install a Windows patch to make this work, but while I was away they installed ITA 8 which does't want to work with the 3.5 agents.
