Monitor EMC array with ITA

Question

Hi,   I have configured ITA and the EMC SPAn monitors so that the array can be discovered and monitored in ITA. The array is discovered and placed in the storage array container in EMC, however, although both SPAs are configured the array is only displayed with the IP address of one of the SPAs and when testing traps only the trap sent from the SPA displayed in ITA is shown as having been received. Both SPA IP addresses  are configured for discovery in ITA. Is this normal or am I misconfiguring something,   TIA,

I think only one SPA would be shown in ITA

Thanks,   What does this mean for traps?. Both SPAs are monitoring, so what will happen when a fault occurs and a trap needs to be sent?   Thanks, G

Did you do anything special to configure the SPAs? I have the same setup, but ITA is showing them (both SPAs) as unknown. I can't get them to show u p in the array container EMC. ITA is working fine for my server devices.
