Need Help with Installation Error

I can't install IT Assistant on my Windows XP PC.  It shows an error message asfter the install is competed. 
 
It shows this:

Installation Errors
 
The following errors occured during installation:
 
 An error occurred while installing the patch for J# redistributable package for the .NET Framework.
*****
How can I fix this?

If you go to add/remove programs, is "Microsoft Visual J# .NET Redistributable Package" already installed?

ITA is probably trying to install it but since it's already installed, it won't work. I'm not sure why you've already got it installed, but you might try uninstalling the J# redistributable package, then try installing ITA again. Perhaps there's another application on your system that is using the package. I'm not sure what the consequences of uninstalling it will be...

ps. At the end of this month or early next month, there will be a new version of ITA released that doesn't use this package...

yes I see Microsoft Visual J# .NET Redistributable Package already installed.
