NEW TO IT ASSISTANT
I installed IT Assistant to monitor about 500 Dell servers. I can't see any node in IT Assistant Data Repository. During installation, it didn't ask me for any database instance. I have SNMP configured on both sides, I receive alerts but no system is recognized as server. Any help will be well appreciated.

The first thing to check is SNMP communications. The community string must have read/write permissions. Verify you have the correct community strings entered on your discovery range settings. Also verify TCP prots 2606 and 2607 are open.
