Not able to login to Dell Support Assist
I am trying to login to Support Assist on Windows 11. After Entering my credentials, I am getting the above message. Thank you in advance for your help!

Jgillette,
Would you clarify if you are attempting to work with a server with SupportAssist or a client system?
Also, I would start with verifying you are on the latest driver, and that there isn't an antivirus or firewall that may be impeeding it.

I have 2 dells inspiron 15 and 16. both are experiencing the same issue as above. Had to unistall and download and resintall the app for it to work on the other computer. The download was version 3.something. This version is 4.01 and it's not able to login with my dell support account info.
