It seems that many questions posted here are answered in the OpenManage Client Connector User Guide. Many of the questions posted here can be answered by looking through this guide. It is a 30 page guide and explains how both the client machines and the IT Assistant machine should be set.

This makes a great starting point for those of us just getting our feet wet with Client PC Management.

There is also a CIM reference Guide that explains all the settings that can be configured in the Dell SMBIOS through the OMCC.
