OMCC - Page cannot be displayed

Question

I'm trying to launch the Client Console through IT Assistant. I've setup everything listed in the OMCC UserGuide from installing OMCC on the ITA computer, enabling NTLM, Enabling Trust delegation, and setting the login for the service to a domain admin. I've also enabled anon logon on the ITA computer for COM security since I'm running XPsp2. On the client I set the Iap service to login as 'cimuser' which is also a domain admin and set the 'cimuser' credentials in the discovery service of ITA. When I right click on a client and chose luanch client console, I get a totally white page with 'page cannot be displayed' in the title. I have the latest version of ITA, OMCC, and OMCI installed. The firewall is turned off on the client and ITA computer. The URL that lauches is: https://172.20.1.225:4995/servlet/OMCCStart?locallogin=true&authType=ntlm&application=omcc&client=172.20.1.122 Can anyone help? Thanks! I had the same problem. I'm waiting for 4.4 before I call Dell on a ticket...

Dell support reproduced the problem. No solution offered except to go back to ITA 6.5. I had Firefox working if only I could figure out what URL I was using.
