OMREPORT.exe missing from OMSA 9.2?
Using Windows Server 2016 Standard
Fresh install of Dell OMSA 9.2 (used both the version on the DVD and OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WINX64-9.2.0-3142_A00.exe)
OMREPORT.exe is missing from the C:\Program Files\Dell\SysMgt\oma\bin folder after a fresh install. I see on older versions like 8.5.0 there are 44 files in this folder. On this 9.2 version there are only 22 files present in this folder. I've looked through as many documents I can find for changelogs relating to this, there is nothing in any of them about the removal of this utility. Has this been removed entirely or is this just part of a different installer now?

The omreport.exe is not removed in OMSA 9.2.0
I am assuming that you have installed the OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) along with selected "Command line interface" feature.
If It does not help, then can you please provide more details on this query?
Install the OMSA with following command "msiexec /i SysMgmtx64.msi /L*v installOMSA.log" which will generate the OMSA installer logs and share the generated installOMSA.log .
You may also reach to Dell Tech support on this.
Thanks and Regards,

I've downloaded every OMSA for 9.2 available on the Dell website after supplying the service tag for my r740. There is no feature option for "Command line interface".
The only listed feature when choosing 'Custom Install' is "Server Administrator Web Server"

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
If you are installing OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) on an unsupported system, the installer displays only the “Server Administrator Web Server” option.
Could you please confirm on that you are installing OMSA on your R740 server or any other supported server, and not on a VM or a client systems (such as Laptop). Please mention which server you are installing OMSA.
Also if you could provide the OMSA installer log with below command; it would help us to check further on this.
"msiexec /i SysMgmtx64.msi /L*v installOMSA.log"
Thanks and Regards,
