OMSA + Storage Manager

Question

System is T420 with Perc H710

Hi

Does OMSA Storage Manager 10.2.0.0 exist ??

I installed "OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WinX64-10.2.0.0-4631_A00" , I also downloaded the "Dell EMC Server Administrator Storage Management Version 10.2.0.0 pdf".

Thing is the functions available under "Storage" in the OMSA GUI do not seem to correspond to the storage manual ?? If I use the "About" link in OMSA GUI I can see 2 modules with storage in their name and they are both Version 7.2.0.0

So What ?? 1 of the disks in this system is playing up and I was looking for the "proper" way to replace it Manual says offline, replace and an auto rebuild will start. If I drill down to the disk that's causing problems , under the "Storage-Virtual Disks" there is NO offline function, only blink/unblink ?? Hence the query

Can you share the current status of the physical disk? Is the physical disk part of any virtual disk? It will be goof if you can share the picture of the physical disks page

Storage Management as 7.2.0.0 for OMSA 10.2.0.0 is correct only. Refer find below link with details

As per the screenshot rebuild is in progress. Can you wait till rebuild complete and check whether you are getting offline option.

Ah OK. I got there in the end using the CLI, so it is possible just not with the GUI. All rebuilt now. thanks
