OpenManage Content Manager - Unreachable Host Error

Just installed OpenManage Content Manager on a server.  When I attempt to initiate a download, I get the error message "Host Not Reachable.  Check Proxy information."  and the download fails.  I've checked the Firewall log for potential blocked ports but am unable to identify what might be causing the problem.  I am able to download through IT Assistant using FTP without an issue.  Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Modify the content.ini file (located by default under C:\ContentManager\content) and change the following line:

ftpsite = ftp://ftp.dell.com
 
to
 
 
and relaunch content manager.
