Are you trying to access Openmanage on the server itself or from a different system? What version are you using? Are all 4 of the openmanage services running on that system?

Can you attempt to try adding IP to TRUSTED site in IE browser, since it might require website's security certificate complaince while launching OMSA.

[Also allow default PORT number]
