OpenManage Missing Components from System Chassis
When I expand "Main System Chassis" after logging in to OM, I only have BIOS, Memory, Network, Ports, processors, and Slots in the menu. I have tried updating BMC, OM, and any other drivers or firmware that I felt could cause this issue. Is there something specific that I should be looking for? The server is a 32bit Windows server 08.
Thank you

Sorry about that.
Run these 2 updates, it is the Drac and the Lifecycle controller. Both of which can cause the issue you are seeing.
Lifecycle Controller
Drac update
Reboot and let me know.
Also, what version of OMSA are you using?

Lazerfarts,
The issue you are having is due to the Storage element of OpenManage isn't installed. If you go to to Control Panel - Programs and Features - Then in Unistall or Change a Program list highlight OpenManage and then hit the CHANGE tab, then select Modify and hit next. You will then see Storage listed below with a red X . If you click on the X and then select "This Feature will be installed on Local Drive". After that reboot, the Storage element will be present in OpenManage when you open it afterwards.
Let me know if this helps resolve the issue.

Hey there, sir! Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, the storage element is already installed. It is missing Batteries, Fans, Firmware, Hardware performance, Intrusion, Power Management, Remote Access, Temperatures, and Voltages. This is a PET 310.
