Unfortunately, the only solution in this case is to install directly form the MSDN CD. The Dell OpenManage Server Assistant CD (DOSA) does not support MSDN.
I do not see a Raid controller on your system order, so there should be no problem installing Win2000 the "old-fashioned" way, using these drivers:
In addition to the drivers you mentioned I also downloaded a driver for the LSI Logic Ultra 320 SCSI Adapter.
By the way where did you get the details of my machine? Did I post my service tag? Can you access a database with all these service tags? Just curious.
Moderators (only) can view the Service Tag Number you enter when you register for the Dell Community Forums or support.dell.com. I can then access the original shipping configuration for machines built in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Unfortunately, I do not have access to machines built in the Asia / Pacific regions.
I've been a long time customer of Dell and I love the PE servers. However, I have to say that I find it EXTREMELY disappointing that Dell does not support MSDN version of OS's. This makes installing our MSDN versions of Windows 2003 extremely painful and time consuming.
Why Dell does not support MSDN versions is mind boggling to me.

I do not see a Raid controller on your system order, so there should be no problem installing Win2000 the "old-fashioned" way, using these drivers:
Intel PRO Family of Adapters, Driver, 2000, v.6.0, A06
Filename: Intel_LAN_60_W2K_007.exe [16.68 MB]
Release date: 12/18/2002
