OpenManager on an Exchange 2003 Server problem?!?

System:
 
Dell PowerEdge 2400 with new Perc 3/DC controller 200 GB raid 5 storage, 1 GB ram
 
Windows 2003 Server standard edition, Veritas Backup Exec 9.1
 
Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003
 
Problem:
 
After installing the Dell OpenManager 4.1 release attempting to run the IT Assistant software results in an error:
 
 
Attempting to run the Dell OpenManager program results in a "The page cannot be displayed error" in an Internet Explorer Window with this as the url: https://localhost:1311/
 
When attempting to run the Array Manager console (shown below) it won't let me access the Disk View.
 
 
I assume that something Exchange 2003 OWA installed may have overwritten the OpenManage software but when I reinstalled OpenManager the exact same error came up.
 
Any thoughts?  Do you have lists of what the web site configuration for the ArrayManager should be?

Have you rebooted the server since the install? Every install I have performed needed to be restarted before the page could be displayed.

Yes, it's been rebooted multiple times.  Before I could install OpenManager I first had to upgrade the Perc driver and rebooted.  Then after Open Manager was installed it also required a reboot.
No Events found!
