Precision T5820: Hot ejected hard drive D cannot be recognized anymore

Hi Dell Team, We recently bought a Dell Precision T5820 workstation. It comes with a SSD hard-drive, which houses Drive C, the system drive. It also comes with a normal detachable hard-disk with 4TB capacity, which houses hard-drive D. Someone in our office pressed the eject button (a mechanical button) on the front panel of the PC, and it unloaded the hard-drive D, while the system is still running. We pushed the hard-disk cassette back into the slot, till a click sound was heard and rebooted the system. However, the computer were unable to recognize the D drive again. We rebooted multiple times, it never came back. We went into "Disk Management" and can no long see the disk-1 (disk-0 being the C drive). Don't think the D drive should be mechanically damaged just because it was ejected/unloaded while the system is on. Any suggestions? Best Chan
