Problem connecting to KVM remotely thru web interface
I have a Dell 2162DS and it is working fine, except for one user. They can connect, but see no servers. All other users can see all servers.
Could it be a firewall or browser issue with the one user? Any ideas?

It could be several things.
What browser is he using? Version?
What OS are they connecting from?
Are you using an Avocent Mgmt software? If so then it may need to be configured to allow that user as well.
Let me know what you find out.

Thanks for replying.
IE v10, Windows 7, Dell Remote Console switch 2162DS Version 1.6.5.17633. I can connect, but see absolutely no servers. I'm just a user and not the admin. If I run the same program from within the Organization, I can see the servers, but not outside the Organization. Could it be a blocked port?

I've checked everything and I should be able to see the servers, but I'm stumped. I will ask the other Admin to make me the Admin as well to see if that is the cause. I can connect as long as I'm inside the company, but outside, I can connect, but see no servers.
Assistance is greatly appreciated.
