RAC0225: Sending the test mail failed Idrac Controller 9
Support,
I am having trouble sending email out via smtp email configuration.
Confirm the smtp ip is correct and the mail server is working as design.
I appreciate any feed back from you all.

Hello Atser_IT_Support,
there is not much info on your post we could analyze.
It could be something with the authentication.
And the email address you use as sender (From:) should be allowed to send SMTP messages.
There is a nice little tool from Dell called "Dell EMC Troubleshooting Tool" (link)
On the second Tab is a test for sending SMTP.
Maybe you get there a speaking error message.
