Remote Enablement installing OpenManage Server Administrator on Windows 2008
Scanning dependencies indicate an error message for Remote Enablement
The installer has detected that HTTPs Listener is not enabled for Windows Remote Management. Enable HTTPs Listener for Windows Remote Management to use Standards Remote Management capabilities. See "Remote Enablement Requirements" section in the Installation and Security User's Guide for detailed information. Note: Remote Enablement is applicable only for systems that support Server Instrumentation.
Checked the documentation and indicated a self signed cert needed. Is there an easier way to do this? Installing Microsoft Certificate of Authority to create a certificate, adding it, and taking a thumbprint seems to a lot of work for creating a WinRM HTTPS listener for every server needing standalone Openmanage.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting! You can ignore this message if you don't mind telling your browser to ignore the less-than-completely-secure security certificate on the server when you open OMSA.
