SCCM Dell Third Party Updates Deployment Error

I'm using SCCM 3rd party updates to update Dell workstations.  My BIOS updates are working just fine but when I try to deploy other drivers such as D8VDT - Intel GB Network Controller or Intel Rapid Storage updates I get the error shown in the log below.  I have the problem on anything that's not a BIOS update across at least 2 models OptiPlex 5060 and 5040.

Any thoughts are appreciated!
