Server boot Stuck on Memory Configuring Done and then Powers off with a error from Power supply
Hello Dell Community,
So I have a hard one that I need help with. I Bought a dell R430 second-hand, and once I had them assembled for the first time booting, it was on the (Memory Configuring Done). I have tried every guild clearing the NVRAM, disassembling, and reassembling the server now; I am just lost with it and need some advice.
Here is where I am.
1. boot is stuck @ Memory Configuring Done
2. after 2 Mins, the server turns off, saying PSU 1 & 2 configured incorrectly, lost power, and power Redundancy lost
3. Server is in standby mode
4. when I try to log in through the Idrac, it gives me a Login Error
RAC0212: Login failed. Verify that username and password is correct. using the standard login (User: Root and Password: Calvin)
5. I cannot find a way to configure the Power Supplies.
6. when pushing the I button on the front of the server, the LCD says unrecognized postcode
System Build
8 bay backplane with 8 2 TB drives
DVD drive
2x 16core CPU Intel
12x Stick 16 GB ram
2x Power Supplies 550 watt
no raid card
Idrac8 enterprise
standard 1 Gb NIC
I have ESXi 7.0 ISO on a Thumb drive, Ready to install as base OS.
I have a 500 GB thumbstick to install OS onto.
Please help.

Can you try go to BIOS by pressing F2 while booting. If yes you can try to reset iDRAC password from iDRAC Settings on BIOS.
You can also try to boot by bringing the server to the minimum configuration for the POST.

unfortunately nothing I do responds. Unless there is a method of a hard physical reset by push of a button I’ve tried everything I can find which includes. Powering down the system completely unplugging it for five minutes holding the power button for 20 seconds. I have tried new power supplies and a new ram stick at the minimum system configurations. And I am unable to get into the eye drag for first set up because I am stuck in that portion of the boot cycle
