Hi,

If your server is restarting due to backplane power or voltage errors, it’s often related to power delivery or component isolation issues.Perform a full power cycle (flea drain) by disconnecting both PSUs from the power source and holding down the power button for at least 30 seconds. After that, remove all drives from the backplane and check if the issue persists. Make sure the backplane power cable is properly reseated.
I also recommend doing a minimum-to-POST isolation. Components without sensors can sometimes trigger these errors, so boot with only essential parts (CPU, one DIMM, no drives) to narrow it down.
Next, verify the power source by connecting the PSU cable to a known good outlet. If possible, swap the power cable with one that is confirmed good. If your server has redundant PSUs, swap them between slots and see if the error follows the PSU or stays with the slot. If the error follows the PSU, replace that PSU.

Hope that helps!
