What package did you select to add to the repository? To answer this question, please tell me the name of the package and, if possible, give me the URL to the download location.
I just tried that file and it was added to my repository with no problems. I wonder what is different between yours and mine. I'm also using IT Assistant 7.1.
I have a problem to access the Software repository via Web Frontend
Every time, when I want to open it (with Ctrl+U for example) only a grey warning window appears. No button for cancel, ok or so and no content in that window.
But it seems to come up from the java engine.
I was trying to add GX260 BIOS update and also tried to add a GX260 video driver to the respository. I then preceded to try and add other GX260 updates (nic, chipset) and they also failed.
After further testing we have decided to use the Dell Client Configuration Utility to change the BIOS settings on our desktop PCs and also use it to flash the BIOS. Currently just trying to work how we intend to do it over two sites with 4 different DELL desktop models and a number of different DELL laptops.
It seems that the ITAssist Database had a problem.
I have deleted all entries in the tables that have to do with the repository.
After that I could access the repository option again.
