Software Update Task
Does anyone know how to create a compliance report for software updates. Before creating a software update task, it is recommened to run a compliance report. I am unable to locate a compliance report. Any assistance will help.
"The preferred method of creating a server software update task is to run a device compliance report from the software update screen and create a task based on that report. This method will display the devices that are applicable for the update based on the package/system update set selection.
Software tasks created by using this wizard may permit you to apply the software update to devices that do not meet the package pre-requisites."

Are you using Dell SW Packages?
I updated my servers with new device specific firmware/drivers. When you add the package it displays the list of servers that comply with the pre-requisites of the package.
For example, I could not update the PERC3/Di firmware on one of the servers as the server was a different model and did not comply with the package.

I have been searching for this Question \ Answer for hours. I can't figure out how to create a device compliance report. Can someone PLEASE explain the procedure? I'm currently running IT Assistant 7.0.0
