[Solved] Problem installing the OMS

Question

Hi, We want to install the Open Manage on our Poweredge R910 but there is a problem when we run the setup.exe  and when run the prerequsitet check, we get a blank screen and nothing happens, so far we did try to install it thorw the Chrome on this machine but still the same issue. we see this: loading prerequisite information. Please wait.' and nothing happens We findout that we can also run the SysMgmtx64.msi from C:\OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WINX64-8.4.0-2193_A00\windows\SystemsManagementx64. can we run this setup? we did try that and theis message : The Prerequsite checker was not excusted prior to lunching the installer. it is not recomanded to continue. We can choose the yes continue, but we would lie to know if it is a good move? Thanks

We did go ahead and install the software from the sysmangment64.msi and evrything is ok.
