Hallo,
MFG

I have straight times tap with the URL (referred to my system) tried out. Unfortunately do I get in the IE 6 the message "this side cannot not be indicated" can it be that I must start still any service on my server or that must be put on a new Website in the IIS ?
Thanks for each further tap!

Please check the IT Assistant Connection Service. You can find it in Windows by going to START - All Programs - Administrative Tools - Services. The service should say "Started". If it has failed to start, you can check the event viewer to see why it has failed."

Hello,

https://localhost:1311
and
https://localhost:4995
then I get a Website indicated. Only by using the IT-Assistent via Browser, i get the error message:
"The page cannot be displayed"
To open the ITA in the browser i use the URL:

Okay. Can you answer all these questions?
1. What operating system are you running?
2. What is the model of the machine that you are installing this on? (PowerEdge 1900 or Optiplex GX280, etc)
3. Do you have any other web server applications running on the ITA server? (i.e. Apache Web Server, IIS, etc...)
4. Does your operating system have a service pack? If so, which one?

When you use the netstat command from above, if you see the port 2607 listed there, check task manager and see which PID has sbeen assigned to the port. It should be the ITA application.
