SupportAssist login failed
Hi
I've installed SupportAssist to test with, but when I go to log in I get an unable to connect page after the credentials are entered. if i enter a wrong password it reports that, if i enter the correct password, just the error. The URL it redirects to is;

When I want to charge my laptop by my charger it's tell me your charger is not compatible and it should be at least 45W! I'v got my charger by my laptop and I bought from Dell.ca why they are not compatible?
