Unable to add "New Include Range" in IT Assistant

Hi -

I am unable to add a new include range from withing the IT Assistant management web-site.  When I right click, I see the menu option to add new include range, but clicking on that option results in nothing.  My browser just stares at me?  I have tried this step from numerous workstations and servers and its always the same result.

Anyone seen this before and know of a workaround or solution?  It worked when I intially installed IT Assistant - after a week or two, this feature no longer works.  Very frustrating (as is the rest of the Open Manage / IT Assistant software - hooray for Java!)
