Hello

I would try a simple command for testing, like racadm getsysinfo. It may be a compatibility issue with the RACADM that is installed. You could try installing a different version of OMSA or RAC tools that contain RACADM. If you cannot get RACADM to function correctly from that OS then you can try booting to a different OS, like our Support Live Image, to see if it works from another OS.

Support Live Image support page

If you need further assistance from the community then I suggest providing more information in any further requests for help. Your system model, OS, and version of OMSA, or whatever utility RACADM was installed with, would be a good start.

Thanks

it didn't work in the Support Live Image, the model of the server is PowerEdge R720xd

[root@localhost ~]# racadm4 getsysinfo
ERROR: Unable to communicate with RAC controller. Please make sure that a RAC
controller is present in the server and appropriate software is installed.
[root@localhost ~]#

Why are you using racadm4 instead of racadm? Are you renaming the command? I notice that you used racadm4 in both your OS and the SLI.
