Asking for guidance...
Again, I have 2 venue 8 7840's. I am trying to enter the reset mode by pressing down on volume and power. When i see the logo I release power.
My system doesn't enter any mode, like I've seen on YouTube. My system then shows a battery symbol and screen goes black.
What is wrong with my system?

Follow up, I know I have a charging issue, tonight i got it to 2 percent before it stopped charging. Once i even got it to boot up, i ran the dell battery diagnostics and sometimes is passses and sometimes it fails and tells me to contact support.
I'm wondering if anyone else has a problem entering the reset menu by pressing vol - and power button
