Dell Bluetooth Venue 8 Pro keyboard died

I bought the Venue 8 Pro Tablet in July.  Ordered the bluetooth keyboard that went with it from Dell on 8/25/14.  It arrived 09/03/14.  I have used it probably a total of 1 1/2 hours.  Today, I turned it on and no light.  I thought the batteries had gone out - 2 - 2025 round batteries.  Went to Walgreens today and bought a couple.  Put those in.  Still doesn't work.  Surely Dell equipment is better than that?  I've tried to find a way to inform Dell of this problem, but can't seem to find the right link.  So, I was wondering if anyone on this forum could direct me to the right page?  Appreciate it if someone could.  I love the little tablet with the mouse and keyboard.  However, if the keyboards don't last any longer than that, I'm not so sure any of it is worth keeping.

Sounds like a 1-off situation--have not heard of systemic issues with the keyboard.

Fortunately, you have a warranty for it.
