Dell do not respond to message,emails or calls.They are scum.

Tonight I have sent my third message to them on the same subject within 4 days(through the customer care support page),and they have not had the decency to respond to a single one of them.How do they get away with it.

Also I have phoned them on 5 occaisions to sort out the problems with the Streak and their lack of support and they have given me text book answers and have twice promised to phone me back within the hour,but have not.

DELL YOU ARE A JOKE. Have some decency and address mine and other peoples issues on here with some communication,rather than sweeping it under the carpet and leaving us in the dark.

Glad I'm not the only one, last time they told me they'd call me back and have a nice day I stopped her and asked her if she even had my number and got a sideways no that was a pathetic attempt at a deflection.  Just said bye and hung up after that. 

Brother warned me as I placed my order too ironically enough, "I hope you don't have any issues with this otherwise good luck with their support."  I laughed at the time, not so funny now.
