Dell Latitude 10 docking station compatibility?

Hi, is a Latitude 10 docking station compatible with a Dell Venue 11 Pro (5130) tablet? I have tried mounting the tablet on to the docking station and although the tablet is able to gain a charge from the docking station it cannot detect the onboard ethernet card. Are there drivers that I need to install on to the tablet (Windows 8.1) to allow it to detect the ethernet card in the docking station? Thanks.
