Kept getting up grade to 8.1, so I finallyfinally gave in and started the dowload, stopped at 98 % done  & gave error message needs missing files? Insert media stick but it still won't load. SO I GAVE UP & DECIEDED TO PUT SYSTEM BACK TO FACTORY, got 66% complete & frooze! 2hrs laters nothing so I shut it down. Now it won't boot up saying preparing auto repair, then it says dianosing your PC, analizing your repair, then auto repair couldn't reair your PC. PRESS ADAVANCED options, but display is now non responsive to the touch? Also tried using media stick that came with tablet but won't recognize the USB port?

Any HELP woulb be appreciated.
